OTA developments for mobile solutions from Indian telecom

In the frame of signed Engineering Agreement between Indian holding Pyro and Russian OTA software development company Ester Solutions, ESSO OTA modules were designed and developed to operate specific jobs within service platforms Dynamic Number Management (DNUMS) and Dynamic Charging System (DCS), developed by Pyro. In DNUMS solution, OTA module updates temporary IMSI with real IMSI followed by first SIM card registration in the Operator network. In DCS solution, OTA module activates Cell broadcast service on subscribers SIM cards.

First DNUMS installation with OTA module of Ester Solutions shall be delivered to the Operator in Western Africa.
